AstraZeneca Crisis In France
The crisis in the AstraZeneca vaccine, one of the most promising Covid-19 vaccines, is getting bigger. Yesterday, the European Medicine Agency answered the big question about the side effects seen in those who had the vaccine. Death in France and the subsequent criminal complaint fell on the agenda like a bomb.
The European Medicine Agency (EMA) announced the flash decision on the AstraZeneca vaccine, which has become the focus of discussions in coronavirus vaccines in recent weeks. In the statement made by the institution, it was stated that the serious ‘blood clotting’ (thrombosis) danger seen in people who had the vaccine was related to the vaccine.
The family of 63-year-old Joal Crochet, who died 11 days after receiving the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine developed by AstraZeneca in Annecy, France, filed a criminal complaint.
Crochet’s brother, Jean-Luc Crochet, told France Bleu radio that half an hour after giving his first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine on March 7, he felt severe joint pain, followed by a respiratory problem.
Jean-Luc Crochet said that his brother’s health condition later deteriorated, he was hospitalized on 17 March and died on 18 March.
Stating that doctors detected blood clots in the liver, kidneys and brain, Jean-Luc Crochet stated that they filed a criminal complaint in order to determine why his brother died.
