BITCOINS MOST POPULAR COUNTRY: NIGERIA
On the first day of its use, Bitcoin madness, which had a huge boom and soon became world-wide, first appeared in Western countries. However, the time has changed the preferences of users. While interest in Bitcoin in Western Europe and the United States has diminished, the demand for Bitcoin in Asia, Eastern Europe and even South Africa has increased day by day.
A survey by Binance Research is based on Google searches, reveals a major change in Bitcoin-related search traffic. Bitcoin searches made on Google, the first month of 2011, the change from month to month is quite remarkable. As of September 2019, the most frequent users of Bitcoin live in Nigeria. Nigeria is followed by the Republic of South Africa. In other words, there are two African countries in the top two.
