Elephant Event In Thailand 11 elephant, which tried to save baby elephant,which fall in the waterfall, died in Thailand.
In Thailand,Haew Narok, also known as Hell’s Waterfall, died 11 elephants. The animals are thought to have died trying to save a baby elephant from a waterfall.
Khao Yai National Park experts found the body of six elephants at the weekend. However, in the investigation conducted by unmanned aerial vehicles at Haew Narok, the bodies of 5 more elephants were found.
Speaking to the Reuters news agency Badin Chansrikam local authority, said that one of the dead elephants is a 3-year-old cub. Badin Chansrikam, “as far as we understand elephants were trying to cross the river. Probably one of the baby elephants fell into the water. Adult elephants tried to save him in the water,” he said.
However, according to the Thai media, the reason for the animals to fall into the stream is not yet clear.
Experts point out that it is difficult for these animals, who live with flocks, to survive alone. Experts say that the animals may have died of stress.
