Oil Spill On The Coast Of Brazil
More than 100 tons of oil spills were determined on Brazilian coast.
Brazil’s Environment Minister Ricardo Salles said that since the beginning of September, more than 100 tons of oil spills have been detected spanning the country’s northeast coast. Salles said that in his share of social media, spread over the northeast coast of Brazil, more than 100 tons of oil affects 42 cities. It was reportedly that Brazilian police investigating the source of the oil spill.
Authorities recorded that oil spill,which the country’s northeast coasts and shores pollute, was detected in 105 separate places .The state-owned oil company Petrobras announced last week that the oil seeping into the sea as a result of the analyzes was not the kind of oil it produces itself.
Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro is expected to receive a preliminary assessment from the authorities this week about spills.
