Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released the first photo of their 6-month-old daughter, Lilibet Diana.
The Christmas family card shared on Thursday shows Prince Harry holding his 2-year-old son Archie and Meghan Markle holding Lilibet Diana in her arms.
In a statement made by the representatives of the Dreams and Duchess of Sussex, it was stated that the family photo of the couple, which came out of the frame of wedding photographer Alexi Lubomirski, was taken in the summer in California.
“Merry Christmas. In 2021, we welcomed our daughter Lilibet into our world. Archie made one ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’ and Lili made us a family,” the couple wrote on their Christmas greeting card.
Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 4th. The couple, Harry and Markle, announced that their daughter’s first name was given by her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and the second name was given after her paternal grandmother, Princess Diana.
The couple’s Christmas greeting card also included the following:
“As we look to enter 2022, we have made donations on your behalf to various organizations that honor and protect many families, from those evacuated from Afghanistan to American families in need of paid parental leave. From our family, we wish everyone a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year! Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Lili.“
