Spencer Elden, who appeared on the cover of Nirvana’s 1991 album ‘Nevermind‘, once again filed a lawsuit claiming that the photo in question ‘caused permanent emotional distress‘.
In his first case, alleging that the cover photo was child pornography, Elden’s initial complaint was dismissed by a California court in early January.
In the new lawsuit he filed, Elden’s lawyers did not repeat the previous allegations of “child pornography and trafficking” in the new lawsuit. Elden sought $150,000 in damages from photographer Kirk Weddle and each of the surviving members of the group.
