Trump Urged Voters Who Supported Him To Vote Twice
The race is getting even hotter days before the Presidential elections to be held in November in the USA. Donald Trump, who has been shown to lag behind his Democratic rival Joe Biden in many polls, added a new one to his remarkable calls for the elections. Speaking in North Carolina, President Trump urged voters who supported him to vote twice. Referring to the fact that voting by mail would lead to cheating in the election, Trump asked those who sent the vote to go to the ballot once additionally.
According to the news of the New York Times, Trump said that they will test the reliability of the system by this way and said, “Let them send it in and let them go vote. And if the system is as good as they say it is then obviously they won’t be able to vote.”
However, experts who said Trump’s call was illegal, warned that the twice-vote attempt could cause a lot of confusion.
Claiming that it is not safe to vote by mail, Trump claimed that 2020 would be the election with the most inaccurate results in history.
For this reason, Trump argued that the elections should be postponed and used the expressions “People can vote properly and safely”.
